Although this one looks a little soft in consistency, it was a tough one to push out. I had eaten some Mexican food yesterday but had a protein bar later at night. I think it was the protein bar that clogged me up a little bit. I guess I didn't drink enough water with it.
My urine has been a florescent yellow lately because I've been taking a B multivitamin. There's usually a lot of it sitting in the toilet because I'm using the mantra "if it's yellow let it mellow, if it's brown flush it down" to cut down on my water bill.
